Clone disk failure

Hi, I have a nethserver like VM on proxmox. The server has a very large and correct record to clone it on a smaller one, I have tried clonezilla but half a couple stop and make a mistake. Can someone give me a starboard? Thank you

Shrinking partitions and XFS do not match that good…


Also, AFAIK, clonezilla… do not shrink at all partitions. You can shrink reduce the source as much as you can… If your FS support it. AFAIK XFS do not allow that.
Maybe it’s time for a backup/restore session… Putting aside the “old big original proxmox disk”.
