Change the cluster-admin UI language

Hi @davidep

I was looking how to quickly change the GUI language as in NS7, but did not find it.
Maybe was a bit last night! Any possibilities / ideas?

Planned feature but not done yet. Language auto-selection based on browser language settings (navigator.language), if not mistaken. Haven’t done any test but easy way would be changing the browser 's language settings, other ways through browser extensions like Locale Switcher or browser dev console. Of course, @davidep or other devs may have an ace on their sleeve

I recall a discussion with @andre8244, implementing a client-side language selector requires a change on every application: not-so-trivial-as-it-seems.
