I recommend to do a snapshot/backup before.

To remove the packages (from a thread with a similar issue):

yum remove rpm1 rpm2 rpm3 but the command above can remove some important other rpm, take care what you remove before to press Y else you can do, no dependencies removal rpm -e --nodeps rpm1 rpm2 rpm3 at the end, think to reinstall the good rpm of ce-base you can keep @remi-safe

This one should install missing NethServer packages:

yum update @nethserver-iso
