Can't get docker working (solved)

I installed docker from the software center but nethserver:980/portainer says 503 service unavailable.
Under system/services it shows as enabled and running but with no access or ports assigned. Clicking on edit and you can try to assign an interface but the name and tcp/udp fields are greyed out.
Am I doing something wrong?

NethServer Version: 7.9.2009

Did you enable the Web UI as explained in the documentation?

config setprop portainer status enabled
signal-event nethserver-docker-update
