I need to block a phone number when they try to call from my PBX.
For example, someone within my company wants to call 3135566449 so that at that very moment the call hangs up or they get a message.

I’d do it using an outbound route. Enter the dial pattern matching that phone number (I’d suggest patterns with and without the leading 1), and set a password for that route. There are probably other ways of doing it, but that’s how I’d likely do it.
I thought maybe there was something like a blacklist where one could add numbers and by identifying them it would reject them.

There is a blacklist module, but as far as I know, it’s for incoming calls. But again, I’m sure there are other ways to do it.
