Please describe your problem instead to ask for a solution maybe not relevant of your problem
At the beginning my problem was blank dashboard. I tried to clean up by command line using
yum clean all
blank dashboard is not even there. I don’t have access

may be the cleaning up /var would fix it because my beginning problem was blank dashboard

check the httpd-admin log
# less /var/log/httpd-admin/error_log
I’m not him, but in the thread you initially responded to, that OP’s problem was that his drive was full. Is yours? df -h will tell you. If it isn’t full, cleaning out /var (or any other directory) won’t help you.
