Help how can I fix this problem:

The error is quite clear: check if another backup is running, if so, simply wait :slight_smile:
Otherwise remove the lock file:
rm /var/lib/nethserver/backup/duplicity/eb37decb924aad9b30b46d34585c0c6e/lockfile.lock
