When i am trying to restore backup server given below error:

S25restore-config-download #9 (exit status 256)
Please help me how to restore successfully.
Hi @kiran.latke you can check into messages for more detailed info but… Maybe you can share a bit more of what you’re trying to do (i got that you’re trying to restore a backup).
Considering the steps… maybe your “gonna be restored” NethServer do not have internet connection working?

Yes, I have a working internet connection to the server.
I am taking config. backup from my old server and try to restore it to the new server.
but when I am trying to restored S20restore-config-checkupdate #8 (exit status 256)
S25restore-config-download #9 (exit status 256) this errors comes.
after reload the page I am getting onemore error * LDAP client internal error (AccountProvider_Error_82)
Users and groups not showing in server manager but it is showing in Windows Active Directory and groups policy manager.
It is hard to tell what is going on with this limited information…
exit status 256 can be caused by the samba-dc (AD) and indicates DNS problems: it can not resolve the AD host name.
As per documentation: did you restore / check the network roles ?

EDIT:
LDAP client internal error (AccountProvider_Error_82) indicates a problem with the kerberos-authentication. searching this forum this can be (among other issues) retaliated to a wrong time (clock) setting , a problem with credentials cache file: /tmp/krb5*
