After update, no WebUI

NethServer Version: 7.3.1611 “Final”

Hello Forum,

I’ve tried to update my NethServer 7 from the software store simply by clicking update. What happened is that it was nearly ready when at some kind of database update, it got stuck and from then on, I receive

Nethgui:

500 - Internal server error

1366796122+1322738020

in the browsers and these kind of lines in my /var/log/httpd-admin/error_log

[Fri Jun 15 18:40:58.644365 2018] [:error] [pid 2421] [client 10.0.0.21:60128] [EXCEPTION] UnexpectedValueException 1322738020: Nethgui\\Utility\\Session: only \\Serializable implementors can be stored in this collection! (in /usr/share/nethesis/Nethgui/Utility/Session.php:163)
[Fri Jun 15 18:40:59.514408 2018] [:error] [pid 2421] [client 10.0.0.21:60136] [EXCEPTION] UnexpectedValueException 1322738020: Nethgui\\Utility\\Session: only \\Serializable implementors can be stored in this collection! (in /usr/share/nethesis/Nethgui/Utility/Session.php:163)

Now I wanted to try and simply SSH into the server and yum history undo ID the last update, but it is unable to do it. The server works, even after a restart so I’m guessing the settings are kept, but now I’m unable to manage the server in the browser. Do you have any idea what wen’t wrong during the update? The last update before this one was made at 2017-04-11

Keep in mind, please it is weekend, and I won’t be able to answer or test anything until Monday. However I welcome any idea or guesses.

Regards:
Bert

Belive it or not, it did not help. Not even incognito mode.

HOWEVER

In a different browser, I’m able to check the WebUI. What gives? lol

Inside the browser which isn’t working, check the developer console, you should find more info about the error.

Naaa, it works now. There was a blackout and the UPS couldn’t hold out long enough, so the server was shut down. After the reboot, everything works like a charm… 100% something was in my browser. Sorry for the dramaturg here and thanks for the ideas.
