I believe not too much. Searching Google (Bing and DuckDuck are down) on:
“OpenVPN MANAGEMENT: CMD ‘status 3” provides some results. May this helps (altho it is status 2)

Does the ClearOS database is associated to the Road Warrior server?
You can use the trial: the trial has no limitation.
This log is not relevant: it’s the UI that tries to query the OpenVPN server to list connected users.
I’m not sure. How can i see this ?
I’ve connect the ClearOS LDAP server with Nethsecurity and i see a list of the users.
Do i need to do more ?

You choose the database during OpenVPN server creation, under the User database field: OpenVPN Road Warrior — NethSecurity documentation .
If you selected the wrong one, you must delete and re-create the OpenVPN server.
You can see the currently connected database from the main OpenVPN road warrior page:
Look at the Database label.

Not stupid at all!
Maybe we should add the name of the connected database also inside the drawer
