Activedirectory rpc server is not available when using rsat

NethServer Version: 7.9
Module: active directory

when i try to use the rsat tool computers and users i got an error: rpc server is not available/acessible

any help would be apreciated

NethServer 8 is the current version so you may think about updating.

Which Windows client/server version do you use RSAT from? You can check using winver, see also What version of Windows am I running? | Microsoft Learn

Is Windows joined to the AD?

Is the NS7 set as DNS on the Windows device?

Is RSAT workable?
