Account provider error: invalid credentials (49)

clean install NS7rc3 + samba ad and no update at all
after a while, suddenly i got the error Account provider error: invalid credentials (49)

then after reading few articles on forum, i do upgrade and reboot.
problem still.

then i tried reset samba administrator password and reboot
problem still.

tried restart ssd and still failed:
