Ciao a tutti , dopo aver create l’utente admin su ns8 finalmente utente amministratore è attivo per l’intero sistema .
Purtroppo credo di aver dimenticato qualche parametro importante relativo a nextcloud , ovvero si crea una omonimia per il nome , differenziata solo dalla password .
Example , if I log in to s anextcloud with the admin user , but with ns8 administrator password , the system lets me in with the ns8 profile . If I log in with admin but nextcloud password, the system lets me in with nextcloud profile. So far everything is fine. The problem arises that if I activate the access with a security device, in my case a fingerprint of mac os, only the admin user does not work, as by typing admin, since there is this homonymy the system responds with “no registered device”, despite the key has been registered in porecedenza.
Hello @france when using SSO tools and solutions with nextcloud, it is ussually a good practise to make use of security keys for accessing with mobile devices as opposed to the defined user and pwd.
COuld you kindly Create these and attempt to login on your mobile device with the same.
For mobile phones there should be an easier option provided by the method, other than typing the long keys
Hi @oneitonitram, on my Mac I already have the key, on the phone despite the fact that I have entered as a user the key on nextcloud and the authorized devices, when from the iPhone I indicate access by key it does nothing. also it has been a few days that I have not disconnected from the cloud and I do not understand why.
