3 new updates but only two are shown

Hi,
hope you are all well.
I’ve a weird behaviour, the software center shows me 3 updates, but at details I can only see 2 updates.

If I opened the details of the single updates, I found where this behaviour comes from. The second update has to packages to update.

This is not relevant, I only determined this.

This is the intended behavior: as default only module are listed.
The number counts all packages.
