2fa with 'dont ask again' check box gives empty page

I tried 2fa with Webtop. Observations:

Verfication code via email and pasted to the login often does not work. Error “Access denied”. What is the reason?
When I check the check box that Webtop should not ask again for this devices, the login never works but gives an empty page.

I try to test with

yum install --enablerepo=nethserver-testing nethserver-webtop5 webtop
but get a new error “Error in ManageOTP”
