Cross mobile platform, RedHat endorsed and supported, IMO an interesting alternative to Google 2FA.
TOTP and HOTP supported.

AFAIK webtop only supports Google 2FA.
I recently did some tests with keycloak which seems to support FreeOTP and SSO but still work in progress:
