Webtop translation strings missing

1. All UI strings for the html editor tool bar are missing and cannot be translated

2. What are the following labels listed in transifex? I cannot find them in Webtop. What is a “quick part” anyway?

   htmleditor.tool.template.quickpart.tip.txt
   

3. Translation strings for labels are missing in transifex. So the predefined labels cannot be translated

1. You probably got the translation data too early, if you look now you should find them all on the editor.
