I can’t restore a disk image. I downloaded the restore CD.
Can’t find the server. If I specify: 192.168.1.1/urbackup, then none.
The network is working.
What to do?
I tried an image backup of a Win 7.
The Urbackup restore CD 2.1.1 could connect to the server automatically after the image backup was made, before it couldn’t connect.
Unfortunately the restore didn’t work because of a “Read error”. I’ll investigate further…
EDIT:
It worked the next day and the restored Win 7 booted.
I didn’t recognize that you use Nethserver 6 that’s why netstat looks different.
There seem to be problems with centos 6 support of urbackup (very old urbackup version is used):
CentOS/Nethserver 6:
[root@server ~]# urbackup_srv --version
CServer version 0.1.0.0
CentOS/Nethserver 7:
[root@server ~]# urbackupsrv --version
UrBackup Server v2.3.7.0

Sorry, I don’t have an easy solution now, I couldn’t find an rpm for centos 6 so you may use/update to NS7.
EDIT:
I reproduced it on a NS6 VM with exact same error. It could not find the backup server, I tried several restore CD versions.
Only way I found is using other repos and compiling a newer version of urbackup.
The rescue was made in NS 6. Another HDD. I put my urbackup server on my own NS 7 server. I restored it from here. That was the only quick way.
Thanks for the help.
