I am unable to get emails delivered to their outside recipients, i get the MEssage DEFERRED with the error message:
connect to mx3.zoho.com[136.143.191.44]:25: No route to host
connect to reception.mail-tester.com[94.23.206.89]:25: No route to host
what could be causing this error.

The solution is in your error message: No route to host…
Your Networking seems screwed up, or port 25 is being blocked by your peerings / your firewall / something else…

Have identified the issue is ISP related, working to resolve it, then would share an update on the same.
EDIT: the issue has been resolved at the isp level, thank you.
