iriso.com exists, so does iriso.ph, just not iriso.com.ph

We’ve been using the iriso.com.ph for several years. It just happened last month that we we’re not able to send and receive.
I suggest you provide more details on what exactly you are trying to do. Originating domain and which destination domain and who/where they are hosted.
In any case, iriso,com.ph does not resolve e.g. public internet DNS is not aware of such a domain. Is it perhaps an internal domain, not reachable from the internet?

Whois.com confirms that the domain “iriso.com.ph” does NOT exist (or is no more valid) !!!
No mail sending or recieving will work (except maybe internally / locally).
Maybe the domain has been lost (unpaid for…)?
Check your domain hoster / provider.

Our domain was registered undet dot.ph
I tried the MXTOOLBOX.COM DNS lookup and it shows that iriso.com.ph that DNS Record not found.

Correct, the domain does not exist, hence you can not send /receive mail from/to that domain.
