On the download page I found a lill typo

NethServer 7 RC3 “Gnocchi” has been released and is publicly available.

ISO direct download (748MB)

http://downloads.sourceforge.net/nethserver/nethserver-7.2.1511-rc2-x86_64.iso

On the same page, the link to release notes points to beta 2 /cc @alefattorini

Just checked, it has been updated or something like 4hub version which is the latest trend. Now it works fine. Cheers
