Sympa wont work

Module: Sympa

Hi friends,

I have sympa installed on my nethserver as described in the wiki. The services sympa and sympasoap are running. If I now call mydomain.com/sympa in the browser, I only see an empty page. A restart of the services and also of the server brings no success. Where can / must I put the lever to get this working?

Did you enable Sympa for the domain mydomain.com ?

In this example the domain name is domain.local:

[root@testserver2 ~]# db domains show
domain.local=domain
    AlwaysBccAddress=
    AlwaysBccStatus=disabled
    Description=
    DisclaimerStatus=disabled
    TransportType=LocalDelivery
    UnknownRecipientsActionDeliverMailbox=
    UnknownRecipientsActionType=bounce
[root@testserver2 ~]# db domains setprop domain.local SympaStatus enabled
[root@testserver2 ~]# signal-event nethserver-sympa-update

Hi mrmarkuz,

the problem is solved. It was a problem with dns. Now everything works fine.
