Still issues with Nethsever Collabora

Hi,
I am pulling my hair out on this one. I have installed the Collabora Nethserver add-on, and enabled in nextcloud. I can access the code admin page and it is running. But Nextcloud refuses to talk to the code container… and before you asked, I went step by step on the how to three times… uninstalled and reinstalled, and installed testing but no luck at all… just the message Failed to Load Collabora Online… I can’t see any errors in the error log… and can’t see any errors in the httpd logs. Can’t find the nextcloud error logs so am stumped.

I thought this would be a install and walk away but after two days I am beginning to think I need to re-build my Nethserver from scratch and re setup all my users, virtual boxes etc as obviously there are issues after multiple upgrades from one edition of Nethserver to another.

Any help would be appreciated…

Did you setup a virtual host and a letsencrypt cert?

Hi mrmarkuz,

Thanks for the last link… I totally uninstalled nextcloud and removed all old files and settings Reinstalled and followed the setup instruction again and it all worked :rofl: Not sure why it was being so difficult before, but I have had several updates of Nextcloud so possibly just some incompatibility lurking in the background.

Now I’ve got a few groups to setup and some external Samba folders to link in, but compared to a server rebuild that’s nothing…:smiley_cat:

(Just for the recorded, I checked the logs and no error’s were listed in any of them before I did a total removal… so no idea what was happening)
