Sogo will not start after reboot "Bad File descriptor"

Another solution is to copy the GNUstep dir from a working installation.

SOGo - not starting

My final step was to copy entire /usr/lib64/GNUstep folder from another working nethserver to the problematic one. If I find the time I will try to go deeper on what caused this.
