The first Nethserver made the sftp connection to the second Nethserver and it looks good. I have not run a backup yet as this was a temp test setup.
Do you see an issue with backing up one Nethserver to another Nethservet this way?
Would you like me to run a test backup on this temp setup and report back?

I have the same problem, but my user account was created by Contabo for sftp connection only.

This support ticket has long been closed. If you have a problem, even if it’s very similiar, please open a new ticket!
As such, you’re not providing much information as to your setup.
This indicates you do not understand very much about NethServer, you’re NOT using the official NethServer, but an install over Centos7 as provided by the hoster Contabo.
Why not erase the user account created and do things the NethServer way?
(Create an account provider and create your users there?)
If you want to go the hard way, and expect us to read your mind, you won’t find much help here.
