I was able to do it with the portable version of the agent: fusioninventory-agent_windows-x64_2.6-portable.exe
I just changed two things in the /etc/agent.conf:
server = https://192.168.100.168/glpi/plugins/fusioninventory/
no-ssl-check = 1
