This is new,it was not before like this, wenn i make a share, i must restart smb manualy to be showed.

Where do you expect it to be shown? What client version/software are you using?
I am using Windows 10, not in AD.
It shows now, i think i must wait a minute or something.
When a shared folder is created, the system runs systemctl reload smb that sends a SIGHUP to the main smbd process. According to smbd man page:
Sending the smbd a SIGHUP will cause it to reload its smb.conf configuration file within a short period of time.
