Rules do not work

Guys, rules do not work.
I made a new set of rules (just 2 rules one by subject one with from), enabled it.
Webtop correctly identified that and said that I don’t seem to use its set of rules (and if I want to re-enable them - which I said no).
The two (active) rules I made from roundcube still didn’t work both didn’t run.
No sieve log in my mailbox or others.

PLEASE help.
Is there anywhere where sieve gets disabled or enabled?
Something is definitely wrong.
