Hi @frederic,
My opinion, in this moment: except some technical issues which can be solved with help from the NS Community, there is one which can be solved only by you: the ISP!
I received your email michel-andre
Salut Stéphane,
So it is somehow working as is ?
Michel-André
It becomes to start working
never ever pay FREE as an ISP
Hello
Many thanks to you both, and your patience.
I thought I just needed to replace the external IP address.
Thanks again.
just an idea, do not know if it is possible, you run this under your freebox at home IIUC, you could maybe have a cheap dedibox online to run your server in the cloud, or maybe with another provider. It is only few euros per month.
advantage, the reliability of the network is excellent, never be cut
the hardware is not yours
electricity is not yours
better performance for network than at home (not really true with fiber now)
Hello Stephane
It is true, but I have had servers for quite a while E-Smith, Mitel, SME, I have difficulty getting out of them, it is my dependence on me …
When it comes to fiber, I’m in a corner of the Jura or when we have fiber, the ISPs will all be installed on Mars …
I reiterate all my thanks for your support.
Best regards.
Frederic
Try to delisted from blacklists.
I was listed in the past and after delisted, everything works fine.
NS can protect well for incoming emails.
With a good AV solution on computers, combined with a good security policy, you can avoid to send spam to be listed again.
Gabriel
Hello Gabriel,
I don’t know how we got off the list, but it’s surprising that I’m BL, I have had this ip for 3 months after the server moved, which had no problems before.
I asked my new ISP to change the IP address but impossible.
I’m not sure how to do it.
Frederic
Go to each black list website and you will find a special section for delisting and follow the steps.
I am at a client and I cannot help you with details right now.
