there is a way to avoid downloading microsoft updates? I do not have enough bandwidth and my connection becomes slow because there are dozens of PCs that daily update automatically
If you use squid it’s cached and you only have to download it one times.

What does “are cached” means?
A cache means a local copy of what is available on the internet. This can be a website or, in this case, a windows update.
Instead every client individualy downloads an update from the internet, the proxy server (NethServer configured as proxy) downloads the update once, then all the windows clients on your network download the update from the proxy server (and not from the internet)
This way you only have a single internet download. All other downloads are local downloads and don’t count towards your internet traffic. (if there are only LAN connections).
