How to connect mail-retrieval in Roundcube?
Plugin “fetchmail” added in Roundcubemail settings but mail-retrieval in Roundcube did not appear.

This isn’t supported, it would need for example fetchmail installed in the roundcube container, see also GitHub - PF4Public/fetchmail: Roundcube Fetchmail Plugin
To fetch mails from another mail server, you could use imapsync, see also Imapsync — NS8 documentation
