hello I’m using routed mode and I’m having the same problem I don’t access the other devices on the local network
Did you try with IP or name? If you only tried with the name please try with IP, to exclude a DNS problem.
I would go for this too.
Maybe using A.D. to make this easy for all computers to see each other! 
Sharing stuff with latests windows 10 pro is a pain.

Thanks to everyone for the help I finally found out that the problem is in the router provided by the operator, even with the configured route it works as if it didn’t exist so with other routers it worked normally.
