NS8 IMAPSync / "Check now" function

Hello Everybody!
I’m currently moving from NS7 to NS8. I mentioned that the POP fetcher Getmail is not supported with NS8 anymore and it is recommend to switch to IMAPSync which is working fine for me.
However there is one issue: in some cases it is necessary to check for new mails immediately and not wait for the the interval (5min in my settings) until IMAPSync checks for new mail. The Pop fetcher in NS7 had the option “check now” which worked fine for me. But something like this is not available. Is there any option which can bring back this function?

With the new imapsync (now in testing) you can reduce the refresh to 1 minute if you want.
But there is a “start” for imapsync tasks also.
