Did you login with a user named admin? The password you use is the one for admin in AD (if you have installed and configured that module)?

Maybe this cases match the problem you’re facing:
There’s the NS admin. Which upon installation of NC will be an NC user.
Then, there’s the NC admin, which isn’t seen from the NS users.

So when you look at NS users there’s one admin, when you look at the NC users, there’re two admins.
You will differentiate them by using different passwords.
@transocean I forgot to write, from the nethserver users and groups, try changing the admin password to something else you know isn’t the nextcloud admin password and then try your known nextcloud admin password or the default nextcloud admin password, Nethesis,1234 beyond that we’ll have to try changing the nextcloud admin password from the nextcloud config using nextcloud commands from the cli.
You need to use the Nextcloud admin account, also named admin. The default password (which you should change immediately) is Nethesis,1234

First: I installed Nexcloud after SOGo and create user admin. I was not able to access nextcloud with admin-rights. admin was recognized as normal user. The admin user is necessary for SOGo as administrator.
Second: I restored a snapshot before SOGo with out user admin and installed nextcloud. I could login with user admin and passwd Nethesis,1234 (default). This user has admin-rights, but is not shown…
