lol… i might put glpi in proxmox… better like that!
wierdly enought i installed yum install https://mirror.de-labrusse.fr/NethDev/nethserver-glpi-latest/nethserver-glpi-latest-1.0.8-1.ns7.sdl.noarch.rpm
And it works again like a charm, the only thing its wierd, glpi user (after ldap sync) wont login again!´
EDIT: Just saw why glpi wont login, in my samba there is a GLPI user.
Btw, anyone knows how to make phpmyadmin connect to glpi database on port 8105?
EDIT2:
In PHPmyadmin i did not manage to do it, but in command line its easy:
mysql --host=127.0.0.1 --port=8105 --user=glpi --password=yourpassword
It needs to be 127.0.0.1 and not localhost also.

Updated it here and now this shows up:
I might just change Selinux to enforcing right? Can´t see how this can harm nethserver.
