Hi guys,
Some observations regarding NS 7a3 acting as DC (Samba4 AD):
In Web UI, I can enter and switch between “menus” from the left side easily, except when I want to enter or exit in / from Status -.> Domain accounts or in Management -> Users and groups.
Usually, I must to click for many times on “Domain accounts” and wait long time to open that menu and see something in the right side.
When finally the right side window is open, I must click for at least 3 times, again, on “Domain accounts” to see the domain settings.
I don’t know if I’m well understood; please see the screenshots.
I understand that Samba AD is like a VM inside NS.
Maybe is a problem of interconnection between the two “components”?
It’s like as the Samba VM is not started and trying to start when I click on “Domain accounts”.
Almost the same problem with “Users and groups”.
The SSSD service is “enabled” and “Running” all time. How can I check?
Maybe this is the reason that I cannot login in the domain.
Does anybody encountered the same problem?
Another question:
I have only 3 users and no group, but in the “Dashboard” there are more users, groups and machine accounts. I think some of them are from Samba VM. Am I right?
