Did you check the system memory usage? The following commands should fit ns7 too

If the system has few memory, the kernel randomly kills processes (OOM killer). To check if your system is under that condition, try to log in a system console and run dmesg | grep "Out of memory" dmesg | grep oom-killer If you are running Proxmox, and as you’re running Linux in general this discussion may be interesting
