25 years ago, I was working for a subsidiary of Ernst & Young near Zürich, I was in charge of the computer network with 120 users. A hungarian Lady was in charge of our Mainframes, we shared an office and got along very well.
For about three days, she was trying to clean up the overfilling mainframe (disks full), and she exploded on the third day. Turns out, the last three days, at the same time she was erasing stuff, an external co-worker was copying over stuff…

like an rsync job of 1TB with screen and the you have a buddy that had ctrl+c missing one letter to go to another screen session…
