Matrix - Synapse homeserver, Element web and Cinny clients

Hello friends,

the Matrix app was updated, Synapse homeserver and Element web client were updated to the latest versions.

And a bug was fixed, the services weren’t restarted after the update.
Please help testing the update, see the GitHub issue.

To update via Software Center:

Update on CLI:

api-cli run update-module --data '{"module_url":"ghcr.io/nethserver/matrix:0.0.3-dev.2","instances":["matrix1"]}'

After the update, the new versions (Synapse 1.147.0 and Element 1.12.10) should be running.

Wonderful, oh and i never knew updating to testing versions from the UI was a thing.
