NethServer Version: 7.9.2009
I’m new to NethServer (switching over from ClearOS). I see MariaDB 5.5.68 is already installed by default. I want to install 10.5 - will this break anything? I thought I could do this via the Software Center but it looks like there are no database apps in there to install this automatically (which was a little suprising).
Checked available packages via terminal and saw nethserver-rh-mariadb105.noarch was available so installed via yum. Now what?
I found a WIKI for 10.3 but nothing for 10.5 and the steps outlined on mariadb103 [NethServer Wiki] don’t seem to work with this newer version. Any help appreciated.
