No, I don’t need access, I just wondered why it was “Forbidden”.
EDIT:
I tried to reproduce in my LAN with NethSec reverse proxy and public DNS but local access is working without issues.
Is it maybe something in Nethsecurity ?
I’d follow the LAM logs on the NS8 to check if the local PC is recognized while accessing LAM from the local PC.
If there’s no entry about the local PC in the NS8 LAM logs, then there may be an issue on the NethSec.
Could it be that something is blocking your device like crowdsec or threat shield/IPS?
I had also disable threadshield IP and Threathshield DNS
Looks something in Nerhsecurity. Will do some more investigation
I think it is solved.
Disabled threathshield and connect with VPN to LAM since it was working outside the LAN
Then switched off the VPN and LAM was still working
Enabled the Threathshields and it is still working
