I would like to know about how to increase file upload capacity by Nextcloud, I use it on my local server, in the documentation I read it is informed that this limit can be increased using the Nextcloud backend but I don’t know how to access it.
You’d access the Nextcloud “backend” by using the occ command as described here. But I don’t think this should be necessary–what limit are you encountering?
I get the message that it was not possible to synchronize the folder because it is too large, but it is a document folder, it is not that big.
How large is “not that big”?

You shouldn’t be anywhere close to any possible size limit. What is the exact error message? Is there anything in /var/lib/nethserver/nextcloud/nextcloud.log?
