Do you know why it was not accepted, this could help us for the next year, else we could find a table a laptop, one screen and make a pirate stand

Nope. I asked in the past and they told me: no space left 
Yes, we can reserve a table and offer stickers/swags there

Well, you do realise that it gives you the perfect opportunity to go mobile right?
Wear a nice blue shirt with NethServer written in big letters all over it and wear a matching Netherserver branded hat with similarly branded flags coming out of it and carry 2 NethServer branded laptops for demo and presenting purposes.
Pretty sure that will grab attention and garner some questions…

@alefattorini, did you try to meet the head of the fosdem during the event (I know they must be busy), we could try to ask them face to face for the next event. Often things come after that people meet together.
