Httpd not using letsencrypt certificates on 6.8

OK, I updated /usr/libexec/nethserver/letsencrypt-certs with:

    my $before = defined($tmp) ? $tmp->mtime : 0;
print $before."\n";
    my $cmd = "$lebin $opts";

And:

    my $after = defined($tmp) ? $tmp->mtime : 0;
print $after."\n";
    if ($before != $after) {

Guess what. Both “before” and “after” have the value “0”, hence no updates to the pki properties.
