hi friend.

im trying to put in production my HMDM server but when i try to show my QR code from outside of my lan not showed, i can enter to the MDM server from my DNS addrees:8080, the host file was edited to my local IP address too, can you help me please?

Hi,
i just tried to install hmdm with the steps mrmarkuz provided. But it seems with the actual version “hmdm-5.18-install-ubuntu.zip” it doesnt work anymore. i get the error: ERROR: failed to deploy WAR file!
How could i fix this?

From the documentation:

If you’re getting an error “Failed to deploy WAR file”, just restart the installer script.

I tried it. Even on fresh install of Nethserver. I also tried several older versions of “hmdm-install-ubuntu.zip”. It doesnt work.

I can’t reproduce.
At which point do you get that error, after executing ./hmdm_install.sh ?

Is tomcat8 running?

systemctl status tomcat8 -l

Maybe use the docker version as alternative?
