Hi I have email server up and running but i have an issue of port 25 bloced by amazon as my nethser is hosted on amazon.
can anyone please tell me how i can setup ssl on postfix/smtps so that i can send outside emails also. please

Hi @Avinash_Kumar,
Before going further Iād like to know a bit more about your setup of your E2 VPS on Amazon. To be frank I worry a bit It could be a insecure setup and do not want to advise setting up things if they are. 
Do you have 2 network interfaces?
If yes, did you set the role of the interface with the public IP (WAN) to RED?
