Access from WAN needs to be enabled in the System settings:

Are you running NethServer?
From your screenshot it looks like you’re running archlinux which isn’t a supported distro for NS8.
This is the NethServer community so if you’re not running Nethserver I’d recommend to ask in archlinux or cockpit forums.
As regards the issue: You pobably need to open port 9090 in the firewall of the archlinux host.
I don’t have that setting either.
Are you using Nethserver? If so, which version? And what settings do you see?
If not, I’d recommend asking on a more appropriate forum.

Closing as neither poster appears to be using Nethserver. @kuzey_aksan, if you are, please open a new topic, including which version of Nethserver you’re using and screen shots of the settings you have available.
