How isolate a local pc from the others

Hi all,
In my local network I need to keep one pc completely invisible from all the others: can I
setup two green lan?

Is it enough to use two different addresses i.e. 192.168.10.X – 192.168.20.X for the interfaces or has the firewall to be configured with new rule to isolate them?

You can create another green lan to isolate this pc.
Two green lans are isolated one from the other.
