How do I allow my mailing server through my proxy/firewall?

NethServer Version: NethServer release 7.6.1810 (final)
Module: Squid and ShoreWall

We have a mailing server through cpanel and when we are connected to the domain we are unable to connect to our mailing server. I can’t figure out how to allow our mailing server through the firewall/proxy.
Any suggestions?

I clicked help on the right hand side and it says that domains without proxy and host without proxy are only available when the Zone is set to transparent, but we have it set on Authenticated. (which is what we need it to be set too). I did a test and set the blue zone to transparent with SSL and it still didn’t work.

Just to be sure I understand:

You can’t reach a web page (cpanel admin) or can’t you reach a mail server like IMAP?

Do you get a proxy error in browser? Do you use the Nethserver proxy server as DNS server on the clients?

Is there something relevant in the logfiles /var/log/messages or /var/log/squid/* ?
