i connect to netserver server with openvpn correctly.
But then I can’t even ping the rest of the network
check when connected with your client what you can find in /var/log/openvpn/openvpn.log
I saw you tested the route vpn, you could try the bridge (the remote client gets the same IP of the network of your server)
You need to add a static route from your router pointing back to your NethServer when you are using routed mode and Nethserver is not the server/dhcp provider
